Will my visit be confidential?
Yes, all of our services are confidential and private. Just like any medical office, when you arrive you will be given our notice of privacy practices. We will hold in strict confidence all information provided, except as is required by law.

Do I have to make an appointment?
We do accept walk-ins for pregnancy tests, however, it is always best to have an appointment. As a walk-in, your wait time may be longer on particularly busy days. Or, during times of a pandemic. You may be asked to schedule an appointment to return on a different day. Appointments are required for ultrasound services and our educational programs.

Do I have to be 18 year old or older to have a pregnancy test?
No. There is no age requirement to receive services at Citrus Pregnancy Center. If you are a minor, please see our page "Teen Support" for more information.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?
We ask that you bring a photo ID with you to your appointment.

What is the cost for services?
All of our services are FREE.

Can I bring a friend?
Yes, you are welcome to bring a friend, boyfriend, parent, or relative for support. There are services available for men at our center.
During a pandemic and high flu season, this may change. Please call first.

Can I bring children with me to my appointment?
It is best if you are able to attend your appointment without any distractions. However, if you are unable to make arrangements for your children during your appointment, we don't want to miss the opportunity to serve you.

Can I get birth control or emergency contraception?
Citrus Pregnancy Center does not provide contraceptives. However, we do have valuable information about how they function and their effectiveness.

What if I need to reschedule an appointment?
If circumstances come up that require you to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please call in advance to let us know and to make a new appointment.

Is Citrus Pregnancy Center a faith-based organization?
Yes, we are a faith-based organization. However, we serve women and men coming from all different backgrounds. You will receive compassionate, non-judgemental care regardless of your beliefs. See "Our Commitment of Care."
